Hat meets Prince Charles

Anne Yates sent this picture to Sarah Rhodes from Great Harwood. Anne went to see Sarah when she needed a hat for a visit to Buckingham Palace where she met Prince Charles. Anne commented, ” Everyone said how nice I looked and the hat was much admired.  Many thanks.”

Hats at Ascot!

Pictured are ladies at Ascot who hired or purchased hats from Sam, based just outside York and Margaret based near Reading. All the ladies received lots of compliments on their hats and they all looked fabulous!

The lady in the lime green dress chose her hat from Sam first and then purchased an outfit to go with it. They go together perfectly.

Penrith news

This was a more unusual picture, sent to Beverley Bargh, Penrith by one of her ladies, in that the bride is a cardboard cut out!

Don’t worry, the bride was there really, the cut out was used as a prop during her fathers speech. The picture also features two hats from Beverley’s showroom. Fabulous!

Buckingham Palace news

Sharon Caton who runs her boutique from the family farm just outside Thaxted received this message and photo from a lady who visited earlier this year.

“When I purchased my hat from you earlier in the year you said send a picture.  The garden party was Tuesday and the hat was fantastic.  I think it was in the top 10!!  Completed the outfit perfectly. Linda Golding”

It certainly did look perfect and it’s always lovely to hear how much ladies enjoy wearing head wear from Get Ahead Hats.
