MBE news

Elaine Dowell visited Jane Wheldon’s Pickering showroom and chose this fabulous percher to wear when she received her MBE from Prince Charles for services to those with Encephalitis and their families. They had an amusing conversation as follows:

Charles – I hope no birds were harmed in the making of that hat.

Elaine – no, but our geese, ducks and hens are all wearing woolly jumpers now.
