MBE News from Penrith

Once again our Hats have traveled to Buckingham Palace , this time for an MBE Ceremony presided over by the Duke Of Cambridge . This bespoke Percher  from our Penrith Branch was hired with our expert advice from Bev as is fitting for this occasion. A lovely article in the Cumberland News too.
