Stafford Get Ahead Hats have joined The Lewis Partnership as their recommended Local Millinery and Wedding Hat Supplier. One of the venues is The Moat House at Acton Trussell, which will be holding its First Wedding Showcase on 19th of February between 12pm -3pm. Sarah Challinor will be taking this seasons stock of beautiful hats to this event and will be there to offer help and advice on colours, styles and matching to outfits. Get Ahead Hats are delighted to announce that a new showroom will be opening in Pottersbrook Barn, Bangor on Dee, Nr Wrexham. The new showroom will be run by Shelia Morgan who has just finished her training at head office and she is looking forward to the opening at the end of February/early March, just in time for this season's collection of hats, perchers and fascinator's.

Ann Morgan from Tregaron in Ceredigion visited Nowela Swanson's showrom late summer last year, as her son was getting married in October. She had a beautifully structured dress and jacket by Spanish designer Teresa Ripoll, but had been unable to find a suitable hat. Ann liked one of Vivien Sheriff's designs, and so Nowela was able to get one made specifically for her. Ann was delighted with the hat, and how perfectly it fitted, since Ann has a smaller than average crown size. As you can see she went for a navy hat which was edged in pistachio silk to match her outfit. The journey from Tregaron to Nowela's showroom takes between 1.5 and 2 hours, but Ann felt it had all been worth it.

Michelle Miall had a family wedding recently, and after trawling around the shops looking for a hat with no joy, a friend recommended a visit to Sharon Caton's showroom in Thaxted, Essex. Michelle was delighted by the selection of headwear to chose from and soon found a beautiful purple percher that went perfectly with her purple dress and shoes. Michelle reported that "the hat was fantastic".
Ladies are always amazed by the selection of hats available in our showrooms, and often wish they had visited us first before spending hours looking in shops to no avail. We will save alot of legwork, and there is always free parking just outside the door!

When Sue Turner needed a hat for her daughters wedding this year, she went to visit her local Get Ahead Hats showroom belonging to Sarah Challinor at Bluecross Farm, Mount Pleasant, Derrington.
Sarah helped Sue chose a stunning Aurora percher which she had made in blue & ivory. The percher was the right shape and style to compliment her outfit which exuded a glamorous and elegant look.

When Louise Gravestock, a fundraiser for St Catherines Hospice in Scarborough, wanted a fascinator to go with her bridal dress, she knew that Jane Wheldon from Get Ahead Hats Pickering would be able make her one to match.
Louise said, "Thank you once again for my beautiful fascinator, I have attached a couple of photographs, I was thrilled with the finished item and as you can see, it went beautifully with my dress on the day."

Helen Eales was delighted with the hat that she purchased from Jan Overton, Norwich for her son's military graduation. Helen is a Councillor for North Norfolk District Council and she bought the hat, not only to wear for this occassion, but for Council events too. Beverley Bargh, and some of her friends, recently attended a ladies lunch in aid of Hospice at Home - Carlisle Branch.
